Why didn't I receive an online order email confirmation?                                                        

Please check your junk/spam mailbox, and make sure you entered the correct email address.  If still no luck, please contact us at customerservice@cowpokesonline.com and provide your email and we will resend the confirmation.

    Why didn't I receive my order by the estimated delivery date?                                               

    The estimated shipping delivery dates are provided directly by the shipping providers and not by Cowpokes Work & Western.  Unfortunately, with Covid-19 delays and heavy shipping volume, carriers continue to experience delays and they have not changed their estimated shipping times. Please allow extra shipping time beyond any estimate they provide.

    Why wasn't my Priority Mail delivered in 1-2 days?                                                                   

    USPS has a target delivery window of 2-3 business days BUT they do not guarantee that delivery time frame.  They ONLY guarantee 1-2 business day delivery for Priority Mail Express shipments.

    What is your Return/Exchange Policy?                                                                                         

    In-store and Online purchases may be returned within 30 days of purchase(within 30 days of receiving your online order). Usually purchases made after November 1st may be returned up until January 15th for Holiday returns.  All items must be returned in their original unworn condition with original tags and receipts and online Return Form for online orders.  Altered/hemmed/tailored items are non returnable.     Do you provide Return Shipping?                                                                                                   

    We only provide return shipping if we made errors in your order or if the item(s) you receive is/are defective.  

    What if my purchased item is defective?                                                                             

    Please contact us immediately at 765.642.3911 or at customerservice@cowpokesonline.com if your purchase is defective so we may begin a defect claim.  For online orders and customers not able to come into our store, we will need pictures of the defect. Once we are able to confirm the defect and approve the defect claim, we will provide you a return shipping label in order for us to transact a refund or exchange.    

    Can I use my gift card for an online order?                                                                                   

    At this time we offer 2 different types of gift cards.  One is for in-store use only and one if for online use only.  Both can be purchased online but please pay close attention to which one you are purchasing as the e-gift card can only be used for online purchases.

    Do you offer Layaway?                                                                                                                  

    We do offer in-store layaway.  We require 20% of the total purchase to be paid as a deposit and will hold the layaway for 60 days.  After 60 days or if you cancel the layaway, we will return the item(s) to inventory and assess a restocking fee. The restocking fee is based on your total layaway purchase amount and is $10 per $100. So a layaway total of $245.50 would have a Restocking Fee of $30.00 which would be withheld from the original $49.10 deposit.   

    If I don't see an item I want or if an item is out of stock can you order it for me?                     

     If there is something you want but do not see it on our site or in our store, definitely ask us if we can special order it for you.  We have catalogs in-store and we can also contact the manufacturer to see if it is in stock and available to order.  You may contact us via email at customerservice@cowpokesonline.com or via phone at 765.642.3911.   Please note, we are unable to special order clearance, discontinued or sale items.

    Do you offer a Military Discount?                                                                                                    

    We do offer an in-store Military discount to former and current Military personnel.  Upon presenting a current Military ID or a current Operators License with the Veteran designation, Cowpokes will give a 10% discount.

    Do you offer Wedding Party discounts?                                                                                         

    We do offer Wedding party discounts for parties of 4 or more people. Upon signing up for our in store Wedding Party discount, the Bride and Groom will receive a 20% discount on non-sale/clearance boots, jeans, shirts and hats and members of the wedding party will receive a 15% discount on  non-sale/clearance boots, jeans, shirts and hats.   

    Do you do boot cleaning, boot repairs or boot stretching?                                                       

    We do not offer boot cleaning or boot repair, but we do offer boot stretching.  If you are purchasing a pair of boots we will do the first stretch for free.  Boot stretching after purchase or for pre-owned boots is $5.00 per stretch.

    Do you do hat cleaning and shaping?                                                                                         

    Yes we have our own hat department and steamer and are able to offer hat cleaning, shaping, stretching and starching as well as offer affordable cardboard hat boxes.  Depending on the extent of cleaning or work needed, hat cleanings range from $5-$25.  Shaping ranges from $5-$20, Stretching is $3.00, Starching is $3-$5 and Brim Trimming $5-$10. Cardboard hat boxes are available for $8.00

    Do you offer jean Hemming Services?                                                                                       

    We do offer jean hemming services on items purchased from Cowpokes Work & Western. The cost of jean hemming is $12 per pair of jeans.

    Do you offer Embroidery and or Screen Printing services?                                                   

    Yes, Brandin' Iron Embroidery and Screen Printing is located inside our store and provides embroidery and screen printing services for your awards, novelties, marketing, corporate wear and more.  Contact Brandin' Iron at 765-642.3911 or visit them in store.
