Please allow 1-2 Business Days for processing time for Online orders. Orders are not always picked up on Saturday or Sunday by carriers.
In times of heavier-than-normal order volume during the holidays there may be a 2-4 day processing time for your order. Shipping carriers (USPS and UPS) occasionally experience shipping delays and delays updating tracking information, which unfortunately is outside our control. But Please be aware that USPS is currently experiencing delays in their deliveries as well as updating their tracking information for shipments.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been processed and is being shipped. For in-store pickup orders, you will receive an email letting you know that your order is ready to be picked up (please be aware that if you have not received your ready for pickup email, your order has not been processed and is not ready for pickup). Please be sure to check your junk/spam folders if you do not see the emails in your inbox. We truly appreciate your business!

All free shipping orders placed on Cowpokesonline.com (orders of $100 or more) will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS Ground depending on your location and shipping weight and dimensions, unless you specifically choose and pay for a different shipping option.
Free shipping applies to only Continental U.S. customers. Shipping rates are calculated by package weight, distance shipped, and the shipping option chosen. All saddles are excluded from free shipping but will ship at a $50 flat rate shipping within the contiguous United States via UPS Ground or Priority Mail. You may also choose free In-Store Pick Up for your online order.
Please be aware that all shipping time frames shown at checkout are provided by USPS or UPS and not by Cowpokes. PRIORITY MAIL is 1-3 Business Day shipping BUT that time frame is NOT guaranteed by the U.S. Postal Service. PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS is Overnight-2 Business Day delivery AND they guarantee the delivery time frame they provide at checkout.

Also, please be aware that we do not sell or ship Timberland Pro products internationally.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase/receipt as long as the returned merchandise is in its original unworn clean condition with original tags and receipts. Online saddle orders must be returned within 14 days of receiving it and be in clean original condition. If you are unable to provide original in-store receipts, an in-store credit will be issued for the current selling price (for in-store purchases).
For online orders, please complete this Return Form that was included with your order and ship it back to us with the product. We do not provide return shipping. Online Returns/Exchanges are normally processed within 1-2 business days of us receiving them in our office. We will then process the requested exchange (and ship the new item back out to you without new shipping charges) or the refund for the merchandise’s purchase price.

Holiday Returns
Online purchases made on or after November 1st of each year may be returned up to January 30th of the next year.
Worn/Custom/Tailored Items
Merchandise that has been worn and or has animal hair/fur on it or has had tailoring or alternations done to it cannot be returned.
Damaged/Defective Items
If you feel the product you received is damaged or defective, please keep all boxes and packaging (if item damaged in shipment) as we will need pictures for damage or defect claim. Then please contact us via email at customerservice@cowpokesonline.com or telephone at 765-642-3911. Damaged/Defective products may require a longer return/exchange processing period, since we will be working with the carrier or manufacturer to file a claim to resolve the issue.
Special Instructions for Footwear Returns
When returning footwear purchased online, please return them in their undamaged original box that is then placed inside a shipping box. Any returns with taping, tearing, writing on, or damage to the item’s original box will incur a $20 Return/Damage Fee that would need to be paid before doing an exchange or receiving a refund (the $20 would be automatically withheld from refund).
Orders shipped within the state of Indiana will be charged Indiana Sales Tax.
