Shipping

All Free Shipping orders placed on Cowpokesonline.com (orders of $100.00 or more) will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS Ground depending on your location and shipping weight and dimensions, unless you specifically choose and pay for a different shipping option. Free Shipping on orders of $100 or more applies to only U.S. customers. All Saddles are excluded from free shipping but will ship at a $50 flat rate shipping within the contiguous United States. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT USPS IS CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING DELAYS IN UPDATING TRACKING AND OR DELIVERING SHIPMENTS.  WE HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT THE INDIANAPOLIS DISTRIBUTION CENTER IS BACKED UP AND CAUSING DELAYS. IF A LOST SHIPMENT CLAIM NEEDS TO BE FILED, WE HAVE TO WAIT 20 DAYS FROM SHIP DATE FOR USPS CLAIMS AND WE CAN CONTACT UPS WITHIN A COUPLE DAYS AFTER THEIR PROVIDED EXPECTED UPS DELIVERY DATE. ONCE A CLAIM IS COMPLETED, WE WILL REACH OUT TO YOU WITH THE CARRIER’S UDPATE AND DISCUSS THE NEXT STEPS

You may also choose free In-Store Pick Up for your shipping option. 

Online Orders

Please allow 1-2 Business Days for processing time for Online orders. Also, please be aware that carriers do not always pick up shipments on the weekend.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been processed and is being shipped. For in-store pickup orders, you will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup.  Please be aware that if you have not received your Ready for Pickup email, that your order has not been processed and is not ready for pickup.  We truly appreciate your business!

Please know that: All shipping time frames shown at checkout are provided by USPS or UPS and not by Cowpokes. PRIORITY MAIL is 1-3 Business Day shipping BUT that time frame is NOT guaranteed by the U.S. Postal Service. PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS is Overnight to 2 Business Day delivery AND they guarantee the delivery time frame.

Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your online order. Usually purchases made after November 1st may be returned up until January 30th for Holiday returns. Online saddle orders must be returned within 14 days of purchase/receiving it. 

All items must be returned in their original, unworn clean condition with original tags and or product box, receipts and an online return form. Please complete the Return Form included with your order and include it in your return shipment. We do not provide or refund return shipping for orders. Online Returns/Exchanges are normally processed within 1-2 business days of us receiving them in our office and will be processed according to your completed form requesting either: an exchange or a refund of the item(s) purchase price (we do not refund shipping). We will then process the refund for the item(s) purchase price or the requested exchange and ship the new item to you without new shipping charges.

Holiday Returns

Online purchases made on or after November 1st of each year may be returned up to January 30th of the next year

Worn/Custom/Tailored Items

Merchandise that has been worn and or has animal hair/fur on it or has had tailoring/alterations done to it cannot be returned

Damaged/Defective Items

If you feel the product you received is damaged or defective, please keep all boxes and packaging as we will need photos of the packaging and of the item for the damage/defect claim. Then immediately contact us via email at customerservice@cowpokesonline.com or telephone at 765-642-3911.  Damaged/Defective products may require a longer return/exchange processing period, since we will be working with the carrier or manufacturer to file a claim to resolve the issue.

*WHEN RETURNING FOOTWEAR PURCHASED ONLINE, PLEASE RETURN THEM IN THEIR UNDAMAGED ORIGINAL BOX THAT IS THEN PLACED INSIDE A SHIPPING BOX.  ANY RETURNS WITH TAPING, TEARING, WRITING ON OR DAMAGE TO THE ITEM’S ORIGINAL FOOTWEAR BOX WILL INCUR A $20 RETURN/DAMAGE FEE THAT WILL NEED TO BE PAID BEFORE DOING AN EXCHANGE OR RECEIVING A REFUND (THE $20 WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY WITHHELD FROM REFUND).

Sales Tax

Orders shipped within the state of Indiana will be charged Indiana Sales Tax.
