David I’ve been getting my work boots from Cowpokes for several years now. Never had an issue until now. UPS/USPS messed up the delivery and now a month later I still don’t have my purchase. Spoke to the manager several times assuring me he would figure out the issue and would call me back with an update. Never received a follow up from my initial callings. Now that I requested a refund I’m now the one that has to figure out where my package is in order for them to provide me with that refund. But hey while my order does or doesn’t ever show up I was given the option to buy another pair from them with $20 off.
They’ve lost an easy repeat customer.
