Gozar Albatraoz I bought the hat shown in the photo; the green color looks very different in person, and although it is technically my size, it doesn't fit. I called the company to return it, but they said they couldn't help me and told me to call back another day because they didn't have the right staff available to assist me. I feel like this is a waste of my time, given that neither the color nor the fit is right. I looked for a return option in the app but couldn't find one, which makes things more complicated; I think this will be the last time I buy anything using this app.
